Here you will find a selection of finance-based datasets to practice Visualisation

S&P 500 Stock Data is a file that 5 years of stock data taken between 2013-2018. It was originally sourced from Kaggle. More information about how the data was collected and how to retrieve updated data can be found here.

AMEX, NYSE, and NASDAQ Stocks Histories contains historical data of 8,032 stock tickers on AMEX, NYSE, and NASDAQ stocks from February to April, 2019. Information includes opening and closing prices, highest and lowest prices of the day, volume of the day, and adjusted closing price of the day. The original data can be found on Kaggle, and information on the individual .csv files for each stock can be found on GitHub. The .zip file contains the following:

• a complete .csv data set of all the stock histories

• text files detailing all the stock abbreviations
